RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
AutaWear uses Printify, to facilitate the printing and delivery of your orders. Printify is a print-to-order company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This minimizes the need for warehousing, fuel emissions, and waste.
This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if customers ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact them within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with the Printify team using the Submit Issue Form and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

For Issues With:
An issue with the quality of the print
​A clear photo of the received product laid on a flat surface in which the design and the issue are clearly visible in a single frame.

​An issue with the print placement (distance from collar, off-center, etc.)

For DTG, DTF, and AOP products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement.

Print in the wrong area
A clear photo of the product you received, folded in a way that clearly displays both sides.

A photo of the product that was received, with the size tag clearly visible as well.

An issue with the product (incorrect size, brand, quality)
A clear photo of the received product where the design, issue, and/or size tag are clearly visible in a single frame.

A product sizing issue (manufacturer’s defect)
A clear photo of the received product being measured according to the measurements provided in the catalog’s size chart. Both the print and the measurement should be clearly visible and the garment should be laid on a flat surface.
The tolerance is +/- 1” for most adult garments (with some exceptions) and +/- 0.5” for baby clothing.

Delivery-related product damage
A photo or video of the received product, where the package, the printed design, and the issue are clearly visible.

Reprinted item has the same issue as the original item
A photo or video of both the original and reprinted item in the same frame where the issue is clearly visible.

Note
If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.

What happened to the colorful puzzle logo?
There's nothing puzzling about the infinite potential of the Autism Community. This is why the new symbol of Autism Spectrum is the infinity symbol, either in rainbow colors or gold. Rainbow represents diversity and gold comes from the periodic table of elements, where Au - the first letters in "Autism"- represent the solid element, gold.
Does this tee come in pink?
Not yet! Currently, all AutaWear Tees are being printed on District ® Re-Tees®, which are made with 100% recycled fabric. There are 9 tee shirt colors available through the Printify.
New AutaWear designs are created for every season. With that, I always look for new products that will compliment these designs, sticking with 100% recycled. So, new colors may be available soon!

Who is printing my order?
Currently, all AutaWear Tees are being printed by Visual Ink, a California based printer whose average production time is one day. Visual Ink is a highly-rated printing and fulfillment company that uses state-of-the-art technology and water-based inks, which are better for the environment! Click here to visit Visual Ink online.
Where can I see the current production time estimate of my order?
Once an order has been submitted to production, you should be provided with production and delivery times through email. Make sure to provide a valid email address at checkout.

These dates are estimates; it is not guaranteed that the order will ship or be delivered by those dates.

What is the average production time?
Printer companies determine the average production time of your orders. Currently, all AutaWear Tees are being printed by Visual Ink, a California based printer whose average production time is one day.

Can the production time be expedited?
Unfortunately, the production time (fulfillment) cannot be expedited. If you’re shipping within the US, you have the option to choose our Printify Express Delivery service. This service expedites both production and delivery times, aiming to deliver orders within two business days.
Alternatively, if Express Delivery doesn’t suit your needs, you may want to consider upgrading the shipping method to Priority Shipping (if offered by the chosen Print Provider) to speed up the delivery time.
Note
If you choose Priority Shipping, the standard production time (2-7 business days) will still apply.

Can I check the status of my order?
Make sure to provide your current email address to receive up-to-date messages regarding the status of your order.

How will my order be packaged?
Your order will be packaged in high-quality poly-mailer bags, paper envelopes, and cardboard boxes in a variety of sizes (for larger orders).
The label on the package will say "AutaWear". The return address will be the location where the product was printed
AutaWear asks that you please recycle your packaging once your order has been delivered.

Do you offer gift packaging?
Unfortunately, AutaWear does not offer gift packaging for orders.
​
Why is my order taking longer than expected?
Occasionally, the order fulfillment may take longer than initially expected. This may be caused by one of the following:

The garment is out of stock and needs to be ordered from the supplier (if the delay is just a few days, the Print Providers do not necessarily inform us).

The product did not pass the post-production quality check and needs to be reprinted to ensure a high-quality standard.

The order contains 12 or more items.
